Welcome to the guide on creating workflows. This article will walk you through the process of setting up a new workflow using our platform.

Starting a New Workflow

To begin, choose a ready to use template or navigate to the "Start from Scratch" section. Here, you will be prompted to enter the name and a brief description of your workflow. Choose a color for the workflow to help with easy navigation in the future.

Adding Workflow Steps

In the "Steps" tab, you can outline the various stages your workflow will have. Add a title for each step and include any necessary details or duration.

Designing Workflow Screens

Proceed to the "Screens" tab where you can design individual screens for each step of the workflow. You can add new screens or modify existing ones to fit the requirements of your workflow.

To configure a form, select the "form" option within a screen. You can then add different types of inputs, such as text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, and more. Make sure to label each field and indicate whether it is required.

Previewing Your Workflow

Before publishing, use the "Preview" tab to see how the workflow will appear to users.

Publishing the Workflow

Once you are satisfied with the setup, navigate to the "Publish" tab. Here, you can review all settings and make any final adjustments. When ready, publish the workflow to make it accessible to users.
